Returns can be accepted with a valid RAN number, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase , you can return it to us within 30days although a handling charge may be applied. Please note that items returned can only be refunded to the original payment source.

Returned items must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective packaging / protective cover must still be on the product and in its original packaging. Shipping cost for returned items is non-refundable.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered in any way cannot be accepted and credit cannot be processed.

Upon receipt of the returned product, after test and inspection your credit will be processed to the original payment source within 5 working days.
